Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026 · Drake Industries LLC

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address and password when you create an account; profile information including your name, school, sport, and coaching role; content you enter into the platform including program memory, recruiting notes, workspace posts, and AI prompts; and team member information you add to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the ARIA service; authenticate your identity and maintain your session; personalize AI-generated outputs using your program memory and profile; process your subscription and payments through Stripe; send service-related communications including receipts and important updates; and analyze usage patterns to improve the platform.

3. AI Processing

When you use ARIA's AI generation features, your prompts and inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their own privacy policy available at anthropic.com/privacy. We recommend you do not include sensitive personal information, protected student records, or confidential third-party information in your AI prompts.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1, North Virginia). Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for the duration of your account and for 30 days following account deletion.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate ARIA: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). Each provider has their own privacy policy and data protection practices. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Drake Industries LLC and its users.

6. FERPA Statement

ARIA is not a school official and does not serve as a recipient of education records under FERPA. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they do not enter protected student education records into ARIA. If you are a school district administrator and require a Data Processing Agreement, please contact us at howarddrake1123@gmail.com.

7. Cookies and Tracking

ARIA uses essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. We may use anonymous analytics to understand how the platform is used in aggregate.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your account and associated data; export your data; and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at howarddrake1123@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

ARIA is designed for use by coaches and athletic administrators who are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. ARIA is not directed at minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of ARIA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
