Drake Industries LLC ("ARIA," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ARIA platform at ariamanages.com — an AI-powered institutional memory and operations platform for athletic programs. Our contact email is howard@ariamanages.com.
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account (name, email address, role), information coaches enter about their programs (scheme, philosophy, recruiting notes), information about athletes entered by coaches (name, position, grade, academic records, performance notes), information athletes and parents provide when accepting invitations (name, email, FERPA consent), usage data (login times, feature interactions, install completion rates), and video and file content uploaded to the platform.
We use your data solely to provide the ARIA platform services you or your school district has contracted for. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use student data to build profiles for commercial purposes. We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform.
ARIA handles student education records as a school official under FERPA, acting on behalf of the school district. We process education records only for the purpose of providing contracted services. We do not disclose education records except as permitted by FERPA. Districts retain full ownership and control over all student data. Parents and eligible students may request access to, amendment of, or deletion of education records through their school district.
ARIA is not directed to children under 13 independently. Athletes under 13 may use the platform only through their school district, which is responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent under COPPA before enrollment. ARIA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 outside of school-directed contexts.
We share data with authorized subprocessors necessary to provide the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI generation — program content only, not student PII), Mux (video hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We may disclose data if required by law, and will notify the relevant district prior to disclosure unless legally prohibited.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls enforced at the database layer, and regular security monitoring. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Supabase) are SOC 2 Type II certified.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after termination, during which time you may request a full data export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. Audit logs of deletion are maintained permanently.
Depending on your location and role, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at howard@ariamanages.com. Districts may also exercise these rights on behalf of students under their FERPA obligations.
ARIA uses session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate platform usage. Analytics data is anonymized and not linked to individual users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify school districts of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
